Happy Solstice to all my readers, watchers & listeners.
Over the past few months whilst experimenting with sounds as part of my ORGANS project, I’ve amassed quite the collection of tracks, some of which I’ve already shared on this blog in some form or another.
I decided it would be nice to release them, and what better day than Solstice, when the days beginning to get longer and we can start looking forward to brighter days.
‘Sketches for organ songs’ features organic musical experiments created using plants, body sounds & synths, generated through movement, water and touch. I’ve spent a lot of time living alongside these tracks- having them on whilst in the studio, drawing, writing, and at home too- and have chosen the ones which feel particularly nice in the ears and brain to share with you.
Click here or on the image below to listen to all the tracks on bandcamp. If you’re feeling generous, you can also download the full mini-album for £5, which I would be super grateful for of course.

More music!
At the end of the year, I always send out a link to my favourite music of the last 12 months (I used to send out actual CDs! But of course, I had to move over to Spotify to continue sharing), and I thought I would share that here too:
I’ll be having a rest before the New Year, and wish you all a cosy festive season. See you in 2024.
